Al-RAYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL celebrates 2017 Graduation


A multicultural international school popularly known as ARIS held a graduation joint graduation ceremony for both the secondary (Year 13) and primary (Year 6) students on Thursday, 25th May at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.

There were four graduates from Year 13: Adam Toutoungi, Aya Obeid, Hana Saleh, and Rayan Halabi- Ahma. Year 6 also had thirty six graduates still climbing the academic ladder.

Al-Rayan International school is a multicultural community of learners committed to motivating students to attain their fullest potential through broad-based world class curricula which is aimed at improving the critical thinking and self development of students.

ARIS was established in September 2003 with an aim of becoming both nationally and internationally known by the year 2018.

SAM_0182_800x600The Lebanese Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Ali Halabi in his speech as the guest of honor Expressed his content with the improvement of the school since its establishment. He emphasized on the fact that even though the school was established by a group of Lebanese, it has grown to become multicultural.

SAM_0211_800x600The director of the school also gave her remarks on the graduating students in her speech during the event. Dr. Fatma Odaymat said that there is more to be achieved by the school and congratulated the graduates as she wished them well.

SAM_0259_800x600Parents, staff and other guests were present to show their support to their wards and students as they are moving from one academic step to the other and celebrated this beautiful day with them.

SAM_0283_800x600The beautiful event came to an end with two students from the IB Diploma school Year 13 coming out as Historian and Valedictorian respectively. They expressed their excitement as well as shared their journey in the school with the audience.

Al-Rayan International school successfully ended their 2017 Graduation ceremony with massive thanks to parents, students and staff for keeping up with them all throughout the journey and as they keep striving to achieve their greater goal.
